# Value Capture & Revenue model

**The Ultimate goal of UltiBets is and will always be to put the Community of UltiBettors at the center of the platform.** 

**Meaning providing them a seamless, fair, fun, fast and cheap user experience whenever they are interacting with the protocol while listening to their remarks, proposals and take actions to make the whole user experience on UltiBets even more enjoyable.**

**With this vision in mind since the very beginning, the whole architecture was designed to generate a virtuous circle with the following mechanism:**

* **1. New users join the UltiBets Protocol to try and test it.**
* **2. They make predictions or participate into weekly Squid Bet Competitions.**
* **3. Fees are collected by the Protocol, divided in 2 and used for 2 goals:**

**Half sent to the UltiBets Treasury (so 1% from the predictions fee (from Prediction Markets) and 5% from the Entry Fee from every Squid Bet Competitions) that will serve 3 main goals:**\
\- **Increase the Team Budget** (paying for the team salaries, hiring new talents)

\- I**ncrease the Marketing Budget**, to explore even more partnerships and create marketing campaigns to make UltiBets viral and even more widely known across the world to become a mainstream brand inside the Betting Industry. 

 \- I**ncrease the Infrastructure and Scaling Budget** necessary to upgrade the protocol and reach the milestones set (**with their corresponding Audits**).

The other half is then split again in half:

* **The first 50% are to a buyback smart contract with a TWAP algorithm to purchase UTBETS Tokens on DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) triggered when a minimum threshold of fees collected is reached. Threshold and buybacks transactions will be frequently changed to avoid at best market manipulations from bots / front-running using us as a buy / sell signal.**
* **The other 50% will be automatically added to the LP pairs of the UTBETS token on the 4 chains, to bring more liquidity in order to have a less volatile market for our token.**

On top of the platform collected fees mentioned above, UltiBets will also generating additional revenues by:

* **Selling various Merchandising and Digital items with the UltiBets brand into our UltiBets Merch' Store.**
* **UltiBets SBC NFTs Royalties on sales (5%).**
* **UltiBets Metaverse E-Store: Selling various UltiBets related collectibles and digital items inside our Metaverse.**
* **Sponsorship, Partnerships and Collaborations for special advertising, promotional campaigns & events to increase both interest and brand awareness around UltiBets.**
* **B2B Licencing model: All-in-one Packages to setup a full decentralized prediction market platform, with various pricing tiers, based on customisation needs, leasing and licencing rights.**
